Non-Refundable Situations<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1219\">Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1547\">\n<li data-section-id=\"17yjxpr\" data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1282\">The project has been completed or substantially delivered<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"l7gwka\" data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1339\">The client has approved final designs or development<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bj5bay\" data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1422\">Delays are caused by the client (lack of communication, missing content, etc.)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1aigwdy\" data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1466\">Change of mind after project initiation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"11da5im\" data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1547\">Services purchased under special offers or discounted pricing (if specified)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1552\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1ha5chd\" data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1579\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1579\">4. Partial Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1760\">In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed.
