  • APEX PRO LLC retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio
  • Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, images) remain subject to their respective licenses

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins, payment gateways). We are not responsible for:

  • Performance or issues related to third-party services
  • Changes in third-party pricing or policies

9. Limitation of Liability
