Refund & Return Policy

At APEX PRO LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality website design and development services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.


1. Nature of Services

APEX PRO LLC provides digital services including website design, development, and related solutions. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced, except as outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a limited refund period of up to 30 days from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date
  • The request must include a valid reason for dissatisfaction
  • Work must not be substantially completed or delivered
  • No major revisions or approvals have been finalized

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The project has been completed or substantially delivered
  • The client has approved final designs or development
  • Delays are caused by the client (lack of communication, missing content, etc.)
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Services purchased under special offers or discounted pricing (if specified)

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed. Administrative, consultation, and initial design costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent restriction from future services

6. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation within the refund eligibility period. Any applicable refund will be processed according to the terms outlined in this policy.


7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

8. Revisions and Support

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues through revisions or support, as customer satisfaction is our priority.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
